  The WWTP consist of the following works:  
  • Two grit washers.
  • Two fiberglasses Par shall flumes with required instrumentation for flow measurement and recording.
  • A Flow-splitter to divide the influent
Between the Mechanical plant and the natural Processes.
  • A new Head works including two influent channels with one manual and one mechanically cleaned screen per channels
  • Flow distribution Chamber with mixer.

    Clarifiers Circular Reinforced concrete structures with a diameters of 8, meters and walls height of 5.55 meters. All was executed utilizing Abu Sa’ad developed formwork system.   Oxidation Ditches   130 M long 43 m wide hydraulic structure 3.8 m height, nothing matches our perfect work in the Oxidation manufactured all circular and other formwork was developed partially Manufactured.       SLUDGE DRYING BEDS:   R.C Concrete Structures Composed of 8 drying beds each Bed is divided into 8 cells 40 m Long X 8 m width. All concrete were executed utilizing Special Formwork panels developed and manufactured in our workshop-and totally assembled in our site workshop.
