  • To Manage the Company’s activities in complete compliance with all relevant laws and regulations taking careful and proper consideration for health, safety, environment and security in order to prevent injury, environmental pollution, property losses, unauthorized access to sensitive information and property.
 
    • To ensure competence and efficiency in all HSES staff to coordinate and assist manager’s supervisors and employees in executing the Company’s HSES programmed.
 
    • To promote and emphasize on HSES to be an essential part of the top management responsibilities and all managers and supervisors must demonstrate personally their commitment and total involvement to eliminate unsafe practices and situations.
 
    • To make sure that managers and supervisors at all levels are responsible for insuring that HSES rules are complied with within their respective areas.
 
    • To operate the plants safely and efficiently according to the operating, processing and HSES instruction, bearing in mind that safe operation is efficient operations.
 
    • To provide all employees with the appropriate personal protective equipment.
 
    • To involve all employees and contractors by providing them the appropriate HSES regular training and continuous updating of relevant information believing that all injuries can be prevented.
 
    • To maximize the efficiency of raw material use in the process and optimize the energy utilization in order to ensure that minimum wastes and losses to environment at every stage of production.
