Omar Abu Sa’ad & Sons Co. was established in 1977 by Eng. Omar Abu Sa’ad. At the time found, ASEC was classified as Grade 2 Buildings Contractor. Since then, and under the leader ship of Eng. Omar Abu Sa’ad, ASECE was not only able to develop its Capacity and Technical and Financial ability, but to take its position among the leading Contracting Firms especially in the Industrial sector.

As a result of its steady progress, Abu Sa’ad Engineering & Contracting L.L.C. was classified as a grade (1) Contractor in the field of Buildings construction in the year 1984, and in the field of Bridges and culverts in the year 1998. And Wastewater Treatment in the year 2004, and (1) contractor in the field of Electro - Mechanical in the year 2005.
OAS through its firm commitment, distinguished performance and noticeable achievements over the past twenty-seven years, was able to gain the respect and confidence of parties involved in Contracting including Owners, Consultants and Contractors both local and international. This made of ASEC a preferred partner for several international contracting firms in carrying out their contracts.
